Our Story

Clay Turner, our Broker and President, has been in the real estate industry since 2000 with his firm, Turner Realty Group, and has been involved in thousands of transactions totaling hundreds of millions of dollars. Turner Realty Group has built a reputation as one of the most client centered firms in the CSRA and has handled transactions of all size and scope. In late 2020 he saw the need, locally, for a complete property management firm that was capable of handling all aspects of property management from marketing and leasing to property maintenance. Thus began ECOS, which was formed in February 2021.
