Meet the Team

Clay Turner

President

Clay Turner has extensive knowledge of the real estate industry. He attended Augusta State University and has completed numerous Real Estate training and educational courses over the years. Clay is a member of the Greater Augusta Association of Realtors, Georgia Association of Realtors and the National Association of Realtors. He is licensed in both Georgia and South Carolina. Clay is experienced in all aspects of the real estate transaction from land and lot sales to residential as well as resort, vacation and commercial real estate. In his spare time Clay enjoys most all outdoor activities including golf, camping, hunting and fishing. Clay enjoys traveling and has fished waters all along the Eastern Seaboard from Canada to the Gulf Stream. He is married to the former Macy Moss of Lincolnton and they have two sons, Luck & Larsen and one daughter, Willa Blanche.

Eliza Treadwell

Property Manager

Eliza was born and raised right here in Lincolnton! She started here at ECOS in April of 2024. She is currently going to school at Augusta University to obtain a Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration with a concentration in Marketing. . Eliza’s priority is to oversee that your properties are well managed and maintained with the best of care.

Leasing Coordinator

Faith Hill is our dedicated Leasing Coordinator at ECOS Property Management. A proud Lincolnton native, Faith has been a valued member of our team since 2019. Before joining the world of property management, she enjoyed a fulfilling career as a teacher and is now retired from education.

Faith brings warmth and professionalism to every interaction, and she truly loves meeting new people. She plays a key role in guiding prospective tenants through the application and move-in process, ensuring a smooth and welcoming experience from the start.

Macy Turner

Office Manager/Owner

Macy is a hometown Lincolnton girl. She is married to Clay Turner (owner), and together they have three children: Luck, Larsen, and Willa Blanche. Macy started at ECOS in 2023 after spending 13 years as an elementary school teacher. Over the years, Macy and Clay have renovated numerous homes and landscapes. It has become a passion of theirs, so much so that Macy decided to make it her full-time job to help run the family businesses. Macy also assists as Office Manager with ECOS’ sister company Turner Realty Group, and she also owns and operates Soap Creek Market, an eclectic boutique in downtown Lincolnton, Georgia. 

Macy loves to help in the design process and breathe new life into homes and landscapes.
